Scott Cuthbert, CEO of Safeopedia, and Gabe Encarnacion, VP of BBL Safety, have collaborated to present Safeonomics, a podcast that offers safety professionals insight into the language of business to help them better present safety initiatives and gain support from their organizations. The podcast intends to highlight the importance of safety professionals to businesses and break the language barriers between safety and business. They plan to host industry experts as guests and discuss safety trends, future developments, and insights to improve safety professionals' capabilities and make work safer for employees. The first episode features Corey Pitzer, CEO of Safemap International, discussing the future of safety and offering tips on how to prepare for the safety profession of the future. Safeonomics offers an opportunity for safety professionals to gain a better understanding of the business language and learn how to collaborate effectively with their organizations.
